Taleo seeded oracle notifications upon requisition approval how is it sent?

Hello,

In Taleo, once requisition is approved ,we expect the oracle seeded notification called :

"notification for a requisition approval event" to be triggered and sent to the recruiter.

we have a requisition approved ,and notification isn't sent.

is this notification should be sent to the recruiter once the requisition is approved ?

if not - any idea please what other notification should work ?
