Hi all!

Have a problems to send a satisfaction survey for Customers. Could you help me?
what I need is: 
After the session be finished, the Customer receive the satisfaction survey to email.
The survey it's created, the box mail it's created and the rule to send the survey to Customer it's also configured.

In Rules, in tab "Chat" I created this rule:
- (So) Send survey when Chat finished.
-- I selected the survey and after 2 minutes (this time can be configured) is send the Customer.
But, does not reach the Customer.

Exist any other configuration?
