Is it possible to create a message that would post to the end user after x amount of time with no response? For example, if an end user has not replied to an agent's question for 2 minutes, can we have the system post a message saying, "I have not heard from you, are you still there?"

I am only interested in cases where the user is still connected to chat, but not responding.
