Order cancellation issue

Summary:

I have attempted to cancel the sales order line and encountered the following error:

Error Message: You are not allowed to cancel the order line, as it has already been interfaced to the warehouse for shipping.

Despite this, the respective shipment lines are in "Ready to Release," and the Integration status is also "Ready to Release." No picks or shipments were generated for this order. However, the error persists.
