What privilege is required to access 'Manage Receivable System Option' from setup and maintainace

Could you please suggest on what privilege is required to access 'Manage Receivable System Option' from setup and maintenance. We know that 'Application Implementation Consultant' role will be able to provide us this access, however, we are looking for the exact privilege which is giving access to 'Manage Receivable System Option' access to this consultant role.
