Performance Goal - Blank Approval Notification

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Employee creates a goal that triggers the approval notification to the manager. When the manager opens the notification, the content is blank and can see only the Actions, Approve and Edit buttons. 

We are in 23D.

Did anyone face a similar issue and if you have any workaround, please share the same?
