Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have a requirement where Lead qualification and associated scoring is extensively used by the client. But the same was not available in RedWood (Digital Sales) similar to that in Classic Sales. Can anyone suggest do we have such a thing in Digital Sales ? Or is it AI generated Scoring and we cannot alter the questionnaire like classic method as per requirement ?
