Summary: We were recently informed that there is a setting within Transitions configuration that automatically deletes completed and cancelled processes after a set timeframe (ours is 1825 days). We were unaware of this setting and are now in a situation where we need to pull the process information to respond to an audit but cannot access it in Transitions. Is anyone aware if we can get to these deleted instances within OBI?
