Summary: We've configured the new 2023 I-9 form in Taleo onboarding flow, and when completing page/section 2 of the I9 entering a different name for Preparer than the applicant's name, the page is validating the "Preparer Signature" field against (meaning expecting) the applicant's last name and not the entered preparer's last name. Oracle says this is because it's validating against the person you're logged in as.

Is it even possible for someone other than an applicant (a Preparer and/or Translator) log in and complete the I9 form on behalf of an applicant? Or should we not provide section 2 for a preparer/translator in the I9 pages of the onboarding workflow? Or is there a way to update the preparer signature field validation to compare it to the preparer's last name and not the applicant's?
