What is the best way to handle a Global Transfer with a Gap in Service?
Summary:
We want to perform a global transfer for an employee but account for a gap in service. Meaning that the effective date for the new assignment is not the day after the termination of the current assignment, but that there are some days between both. How can this scenario be handled?
We tried Correcting the termination date, but this also updates the new effective date for the new assignment.
