Why is digital assistant opening automatically in oracle fusion

Each time I navigate to a new page the DA automatically opens up ...


These are my settings of the DA in SaaS ..



So is there some other setting I'm missing? Not sure if this is one of the conversation parameters or something in SaaS itself to be set?
