To lock the transaction from further updates in ICM

Summary :

Analysts will update the existing transactions post approvals from management, which will generate some earnings.

Now, Business wants few transactions to be locked from updating. But still, they will update other transactions in that Calendar Period.

Can you please suggest us how to achieve this.
