Candidate Job application status did not change to HR - Withdrawn by Candidate

Hi all,
We have issue with few of the records, whose work relationship has got cancelled.
The HR has cancelled the work relationships for the person records flown to HCM.
After the process "Complete the Recruiting Process" ran successfully. The Candidate application status didnot change to HR- Withdrawn by Candidate. When looked into the Manage Job offer we can only see the Change start date option enabled for the record. The application is still showing as HR - Processed
Could you please let us know how this can be resolved to bring the application to HR withdrawn by candidate status.
