Is Visual Builder Express only available from 23D?

Hi everyone!

Happy new year.

Quick question, we have enabled redwood pages for:

• Departments
• Positions
• Locations
• Job
• Job Families

However, when we try to edit the pages using visual builder, we are able to access the visual builder editing page, but we cannot visualize the express/advance mode and no edit is allowed from our side.

We just want to confirm if this is a normal behavior because our dev 2 environment is still under release 23 C, and therefore we should just wait for 23D to be able to edit this pages using VBS Express.
