Hi,

We are currently implementing a third party vendor Fuel50 to provide internal colleagues with skills recommendations for jobs to build their career. As a requirement, we were asked from the business line to load skills selected from colleagues on Fuel50's site to Oracle Recruiting Cloud. We have the below questions based on previous knowledge surrounding general Oracle skills configuration:

  1. Oracle has a delivered skills library for recommendations when Dynamic Skills is turned on. Can custom skills be updated in the Oracle library which would match those provided from Fuel50?
