Requestion approval with one rule but different approval and condition

Summary:

Can it be passible if we have only 1 rule but has multiple condition and action based on condition ??

Refer below here we need against 1 rule if amount is till 100K it should got to person X , but if it is more than 100K it should go to person Y .

But when we give or condition it is not working .

Here issue is when we increase amount still action not getting change means if amount is more than 100k it should pick action 2 , but here still its picking action 1.
