Always Free Tenancy is suddenly inactive

I am using Always Free Service from 2 months. Suddenly it is inactive. Tried to search over internet but can't find the solution. Tried to create another account but received message "Operation failed because the OCI tenancy with OCID ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaadeuze6gdwoa5cbdd5gxuvtedr7mbyc2es645ovqdlnlncqpvoilq is not in the Active state. opc-request-id: csid708ef05448989c48e199dea16d91/16b1d8b925ed4b9896fae1121effb915/4AA6ACDF0A9F041F7BDA7CDDB1C9FE70".

May I know the reason and when can it will be active?
