How to Create a Custom HCM Job Role to View Payslips of Active and Inactive Employees
Summary:
We need specific users to have access to payslips for auditing purposes for all Active and Inactive Employees.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
I managed to create a View Payslips role that used Areas of Responsibility and allowed access to all Active Employees using the Directory option.
The problem is that there is no filter for Assignment Status to allow Inactive Employees.
I have attached a screenshot of the Me - Directory Advanced Search that does not have an option for Assignment Status that I have seen on other searches.
Also, attached a screenshot of the Me - Directory - Payslips option for Active Employees.
