How to create excel style collapse/expand groups in reports?

Hi,

We are replicating Peoplesoft Nvision reports into NRCS and FRS reports.

Nvision reports had the excel feature where rows/columns could be grouped such that users can expand or collapse them.

How do we create such groups in NRCS?

There is a 'Group on' feature in NRCS: Working with Grouping (oracle.com)

But this is not the same as excel grouping
