Need clarification on few requirements in Quality cloud
Summary:
We have few requirements in Quality Cloud as follows
(a) Currently, as per the Rules setup, for each quality characteristic failure, one quality issue is being logged (for example, if Parameter A is not as per specifications, one issue is logged and if Parameter B is not as per specification Quality Issue B is being logged) Our client is not willing to accept this feature and wants one issue to be logged (for all the failure in an inspection) in which she can track and close all issues together. Is this possible in Oracle Quality cloud?
(b) As per our BOM, we have around 2000 buy items and around 500 Make items for which quality inspection needs to be done. Is there a way to create inspection plans programmatically (having same set of inspection characteristics) for each item? We have recommended using the Catalog approach to the client to create the plans so that they are lesser in number but they want inspection plans to be created per item
