Requistion Line DFF - If line type = service, 2 DFF's to appear

Summary:

Our client would like to have 2 requisition line DFF's to appear if the line type is service - Start Date and End Date fields. It is possible to set this up, but I can't remember how to make the DFF appear on the edit requisition page only if it is a services type and not goods.
