Need to set-up approval rule based on natural account segment and different threshold levels

Our client wants to set-up journal approval rules based on account derivation. 

Please find below an example of the expected : 

If natural account in "454000", "455000"

and total amount is greater or equals to 1000 € 

Then Approval to Approval Group A

but we are facing issue as the accounts out of this range should go through approval only when total amount is greater or equals to 5000 €.

For what we've set-up : 

IS FALSE -negated nest (If natural account in "454000", "455000")

and total amount is greater or equals to 5000€
