How to extract the list of employees eligible for T4A

Summary:

T4A Exception sub process is failing during YearEnd activities. As the fix is in next patch we have a Oracle suggested workaround to remove the Home contact number.

So now is there anyway we can extract the list of employees who are eligible for T4A to apply the workaround.
