Accidentally Opened and Closed a Period, Can it be Future Enterable Again?

Summary:

All of the 2024 periods were opened and closed, is there a way to make the next period Future Enterable again?

We created a new calendar for 2024 and all of the periods were opened and closed. Now when we open Jan-24, Feb-24 remains Closed rather than Future Enterable per our ledger configuration (below). Is there any way to get it to be Future Enterable? Or a way to delete the calendar and create it again?
