Roll Back option is not showing in person result for Transfer to cash managment process
After navigating to person result, and trying to roll back the Transfer to Cash Management flow for the employee, the Roll Back option is not available after clicking on "Actions" as per the below screen
When checking the payment status, it's showing as "Paid not Reconciled"
any one can advise what could be the reason and how we can roll back the transfer to the Cash Management
