Bill Service field in Subscription Contract

Summary:

Bill Service field present in the Subscription Profile is available in the Covered Level as well?

We are able to control this field Bill Service at Subscription Header level. But we wanted to know if we can set this field at the Covered level as well so that some of the covered levels under the subscription are not billed while others get billed when we run the ESS job "Send Subscription Billing Information to Receivables" for the subscription.
