Request for More Info is greyed out

Summary:

Hi Everyone,


I have a selection process that has a Request for Info flow after the Offer phase.

I moved the candidate to the phase where the Request for More Info trigger should happen but candidate doesn't reply.

I should be able to trigger the action manually, but the action is greyed out.

User (Recruiter) has the correct privilege to trigger the action.


Why is the action not available ? And can we have two Request for Info application flows ?
