Summary:

My requirement is:

I have to write a query in BIP report to fetch the current and future hire employees,

and termination records should be picked only once.

The report run date is not fixed.

This includes both current and future terminations.

If the termination record for an employee is picked once in the output file,

the same termination record should not be picked in the next run.

Example:

An employee A is terminated on Dec 10 with a future termination date as Dec 15

and I run the report on Dec 11, the termination record of this employee A should come in output file,

Howdy, Stranger!
