Need PTO Plan Balance to zero out after paying out for terms
Our payroll team spends many hours each month zeroing out the PTO Plan Balance for employees that were termed and paid out their PTO balance. Final PTO is paid out via separate check on-demand using "Earned Time Final Payout" element - hours are entered into element entries.

* Search for the employee in Person Management - identify their term date - then search again but entering their term date (date tracking to when they were active)
