Can you move a Customer Registry from one Account Address set to another.
We have a customer in Australia who was originally set to correspond to our English Business Unit. However we want to move that customer to a US based business Unit. If we set up new accounts and sites, we are concerned we will loose the historical data necessary for budgeting and planning.
As a result we are wondering if we can move an entire Customer Registry from one Account Address Set to a different Account Address Set? We are trying to update a registry ID to a different business unit, without having to recreate the accounts and sites, so we can retain all historical sales data under the same account/site numbers.
