URGENT : User Account is locked and unlocked ! Don't understand what is the problem

Hello All,

Technical user tries to connect to Planning of EPM Cloud but it doesn't work, so it gets locked...

in the rapports it's written that his password has been expired, so we changed but it doesn't work and user account is locked every 5 minutes, and we unlock it again, and it gets locked again and we unlock it again...

in fact the account locks again shortly after it is unlocked without me changing anything...

Don't understand what is the problem and is it linked to new plateforme of user management? PLEASE HELP US URGENT
