Unable to create SO using FBDI with Manual Price Adjustment

Hi Team,

I am unable to apply Manual Price Adjustment while creating SO using FBDI Template.

Business Use Case: We want to apply the Price list from Fusion Pricing, but we would like to send the Discount Amount or Discount % or Price Override from outside while creating SO using FBDI (By passing values in DOO_ORDER_MANUAL_PRICE_ADJ_INT)

When we are trying to do the same, Import Sales Order ESS is erroring out with below error:

 - ERROR, LINE, 101, 1, No matching charge definition was found for the manual price adjustment 300,000,027,756,693.

 - ERROR, LINE, 101, 1, Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item 13637-NVPK6H, with unit of measure PRS. (FOM-4515095) Details: Go to the Pricing Administration work area and examine the set ups that affect item 13637-NVPK6H. Examine your price lists, pricing strategy, pricing algorithms, and other set ups and make sure they correctly reference the item. Next, go to the Order Management work area and reprice the order.
