How to create a 'Create Service Request' Quick Action

Using the below picture as reference, is it possible to make a similar type Quick Action button for creating a Service Request, and if so, how? Moreover, where can I find the task flow ID information by object as I've noticed the URL changes after /oracle/apps for other objects
