How to default the title of a sourcing RFQ from the description of its requisition?

We have a requirement to cascade the project information in a requisition to the sourcing RFQ created from it . However, we learnt through an Oracle SR that there is no standard way to capture project information in a sourcing RFQ.

We wanted to know of there is at least a standard option to default the title of a sourcing RFQ from the description of its requisition? that way we can have the project information passed on to the title of the sourcing RFQ created from it.
