Ability to automatically generate billing schedule while activating the subscription

Summary:

When we try to Validate or Activate the Subscription, the Subscription has to automatically re-generate billing schedule according to the latest pricing changes.

Business Case:

1.      We can see that we are able to Activate the subscription which is not up to date according to the latest changes. This will create incorrect data.

2.      To overcome this issue we want an ability to automatically re-generate billing schedule when we click on Activate the subscription so that the Subscription will be activated with the lates details
