Required roles to upload file to subscription

Hi,

I am using soap api idcws/GenericSoapPort?wsdl to upload file to subscription.

dSecurityGroup">CRM

fDocAccount">crm$/productGroup$/import$

Getting error message "does not have sufficient privileges".

Please let me know what all roles/privileges required for this.
