Summary:

We have a use case in Field Service where a resources "skill" varies on certain days - some days they will deliver services face to face in one of our locations and other times the appointments can be by phone only as they are working at home.

We use the bookings API to present available slots to customers / agents booking on there behalf.

We need flexibility for this to change frequently and the resource or their manager to manage the availability easily,
