Eligibility change alert or tracking eligibility change in WFC

Hey community,

I'm curious to know if anyone has explored the possibility to create an alert when Eligibility is being changed using Request Eligibility Change action?

Could you share your experiences or insights on how to track an eligibility changed? My current customer needs this for when managers change employee's eligibility from ineligible to eligible.

I created an alert with triggering event "Change Worksheet Data", but this is firing for any change in the worksheet, not only on eligibility status.
