We have journeys enabled for pending workers (enterprise onboarding) which was working fine. Now there are a few cases that shows up where the pending workers are getting the Journey assigned without the tasks. I have checked the eligibility criteria for the pending workers. Can someone guide me if you have faced a similar scenario?
