Hide prescreening question/response by role

We have a requirement to collect additional information in the form of dependent prescreening questions from candidates in the initial job apply flow however want to hide the response from the hiring manager and potentially the recruiter without disrupting their view of other question responses.

Can anyone suggest how we can solution this requirement or confirm it is not possible?
