Can not find binding names for descriptive flexfields EL Expression Builder - Purchase Requisition

Summary:

In the Purchase Requisition's header global flex we have some flexfields configured, all flexfield values are showing correctly on page. By using EL Expression Builder in "Page Composer", i am trying to get flexfield values but i can not find respective binding names for those fields.
