Succession planning of type incumbent not populating job and department automatically

On Oracle Demo environment, Incumbent's job and department is automatically populated when we choose the Incumbent name but on a client's environment it is not working as expected.

Do we need to have a specific role to be able to pull Incumbent's job and department automatically whenever we choose the name of the incumbent when creating succession plans?

As it is left blank whenever we are trying to do same on client's environment.
