Summary:
What To Do if an External Candidate Got Hired But Changed Their Plans
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi Everyone,
We have a scenario where candidate decided not to join the company, however candidate was already “moved to HR” and is currently a “Pending Worker” in the latest step of the selection workflow (HR Processing in Progress).
We want to revert candidate status to the offer step but in document https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/23d/faush/how-you-move-candidates-in-the-candidate-selection-process.html#s20059067
it's mentioned "You can only move candidate job applications that are active, confirmed, and have no job offer" so can you please let me know what should be done here.
