Is it possible to restrict Add Items option in maintenance work order screen through sandbox.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement of restricting users to add the Items to the work orders, through a sandbox with a custom role.

We have removed Edit Operation Items option in the work order screen, which is highlighted Yellow colour in below screenshot.

We want to remove the same Add Items options in the work order screen, highlighted in the red colour. we are unable to restrict these pop-up fields through page composer as it not allowing to select the below highlighted areas.

Could anyone help me out by guiding me in the right direction or by providing further tips, insights, or documentation to achieve this task.
