I want to upgrade my free account to a paid one because I need a more powerful VM, but cant because of MFA.

I checked the prices and specs of the compute VM I want, but When I tried to login into my account in order to upgrade it, it failed, because I've lost access to my MFA (multi factor authentication) app. How can I login into my account and upgrade it/sign into the service that I want?
