Deactivation of Document type automatically created

Hi community,

The Document Recruiting job offer is automatically created when the job offer is accepted but I do not want to see it in the DoR of the employees.

Although I set Unactive the Document type Recruiting Job Offer I still can see it in the Document of Records of the employees. How can I deactivate this document type in order not to see it in the DoR page?
