Approve subscription when usage quantity is entered or price adjustment is created in billing sumary

Hi All,

The customer has requirement to aprove the subscription in two cases after the initial approval of the subscription

1 - When the user is entering the usage quantity of the line in subscription billing sumary line

2 - When a price adjustment is created in subscription billing sumary line

Is there a way to do this using BPM?
