Summary:

I've had my compute instance turned off for a month or so now, and I tried to log in to the console about a week again to turn it back on and could not. I've tried a few times since and keep getting the same issue.

I used to use a myservices-<accountname>.console.oraclecloud.com/mycloud/cloudportal/gettingStarted bookmark to access the console, but am getting a This site can't be reached page with the ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED code in the browser.


I tried to use page at https://www.oracle.com/cloud/sign-in.html to sign in instead. I put my cloud account name in, and it takes me to an SSO page.
