How to enter Work Order Start Date and Comletion Date which are out of the Facility Shift

Summary: There will be a Work Order interface(FBDI) from 3rd party scheduler to manufacturing module. As far as I verified, we cannot import the specified Start Date and Completion Date in case they are not included between the Facility Shift Start Time and End Time.

Are there any work around to import the specified Start Date and Completion Date?
