Is it possible to start contextual journeys via HDL Load?

Summary:

Hello,

we created a contextual journey. We have a list of around 550 users, for which this journey is intended. The line manager has to start this journey for his/her direct reports. Is it possible to start the journey for all these 550 users via HDL Load or Rest API for example?

Reason: We want to avoid, that the line manager has to start the journey for their direct by themselve.


Example:

Line Manager should NOT have to click on "Start Journey"


Instead the journey should already be started and Line Manager only has to click on "Resume"


So it is not about allocation of a journey, but starting the journey via load.
